MCRMF Holds “9th Annual Charity Golf Classic” at Beloit Country Club
Beloit, KS, — Mitchell County Regional Medical Foundation held its annual golf fundraiser, on August 10, 2017. The Foundation, along with the participating teams, caught a lucky break with milder temperatures to enjoy the day full of fun, friends and golf!
Meyer Chiropractic – Dr. TJ Owen/ Kettle sponsored the overall team winner of the 4 man scramble this year, Shooting a 59; the players included, TJ Owen, Scott Krier, B Fincham and Kyle Beisner. The first-place team received a traveling trophy, Nike golf hats that had Foundations logo on it and a cash prize. The second-place team was Fouts Insurance whose team included, Jon Fouts, Joel Fouts, Larry Fouts and Byron Palen, they also received a cash prize. Rounding out team placers was the Mitchco Farms team, which included, Alex Mears, Dwight Proctor, Lance Bergman and Parker Gates who also received cash prizes.
Flag prize winners were awarded cash prizes for their efforts. Winners were: #1 – Longest Drive (Men) – Kyle Beisner, #2 Longest Putt – Kyle Beisner, #3 – Longest Drive (Women) – Jenifer Modlin, #4 –, #6 – Closest to the Gurney – Parker Gates, #8 – Closest to the Porcelain Throne – Renee Gengler, Closest to the Pin 2nd Shot – Scott Krier.
The fundraising received a boost from prize winners as they donated their prize money back to the Foundation. MCRMF appreciates the generosity of these participants that donated winnings back to benefit MCRMF.
